Taylor Earing
Attorney
Taylor Earing is a dedicated, detail-oriented, and solution-focused advocate. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School in May 2025, where she focused her studies on advocacy for vulnerable populations and discovered a deep passion for family law.
Taylor graduated summa cum laude from St. Norbert College with a degree in sociology and a minor in political science. Her academic background and hands-on legal experience reflect a strong commitment to supporting individuals and families through difficult transitions.
During law school, Taylor worked at the UW Family Court Clinic, where she provided direct legal services to low-income individuals navigating complex family law matters. She also completed two summer internships at the Cook County Office of the Public Guardian in Chicago, where she represented the best interests of children in high-conflict custody and divorce cases. Additionally, she externed with the Wisconsin Guardianship Support Center at GWAAR, gaining in-depth knowledge of adult guardianships, protective placements, and advance directives.
Taylor’s passion for family law is rooted in her desire to help clients feel supported, empowered, and heard during emotionally difficult times. She advocates with intention, focusing on collaborative problem-solving to help clients reach resolutions that are practical, sustainable, and family-focused. Whether addressing custody disputes, guardianship issues, or post-judgment matters, Taylor is committed to providing thoughtful, effective, and client-centered representation.
Outside of the office, Taylor enjoys reading fantasy novels and spending time with her family and cats. Fun fact: she’s a triplet!
