Carmen Kubly

Director of Operations

Carmen joined Forward Legal Services, LLC as Director of Operations with over 14 years’ experience. Carmen oversees the firm’s daily operations, working closely with the founding attorneys, Kim and Christopher, as well as every member of our team. She truly is everyone’s go-to lady!

Carmen is responsible for the firm’s accounting, facilitates information regarding office technologies, oversees marketing, and assists in overall business development and professional collaborations. Carmen is a trusted advisor and essential member of the Forward team.

Carmen graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from UW-Whitewater and a Bachelor of Computer Science from Lakeland College.

Carmen has two adult children and is enjoying this new season of life. When Carmen’s not working, you can find her in the kitchen baking up a storm of cupcakes, cookies and cake for her friends and family. You never know, we just might see her on the next season of Cupcake Wars!

Speeches & Presentations

Over 100 presentations to a variety of audiences including lawyers, judges, physicians, social workers, teachers, students, community based organizations, government agencies and the general public. Topics have included high net worth divorces, complex child custody disputes, psychological profiles of parents in child custody evaluations, child support for the self-employed or business owner, the enforceability of marital property agreements, alimony/maintenance with high net income parties; the unique legal issues in same-sex divorces, grandparent visitation rights, and resolving high conflict divorces.
