Ashley Bakke
Paralegal
Ashley joined Forward Legal Services, LLC as a family law paralegal with over 10 years of experience. She is a driven paralegal with experience in successfully supporting and managing caseloads for multiple attorneys.
Ashley is well versed with preparing the necessary pleadings and managing cases for trial including trial exhibits, binders and more. She is a strong communicator and can quickly navigate the next step necessary for a client’s case.
Ashley graduated with a paralegal associate degree from Madison Area Technical College in 2007.
Ashley’s son Caleb attends Sun Prairie East High School and they have a yellow lab named Milo. She spends lots of time attending Caleb’s sporting events and enjoys activities outside with Milo.






Speeches & Presentations
Over 100 presentations to a variety of audiences including lawyers, judges, physicians, social workers, teachers, students, community based organizations, government agencies and the general public. Topics have included high net worth divorces, complex child custody disputes, psychological profiles of parents in child custody evaluations, child support for the self-employed or business owner, the enforceability of marital property agreements, alimony/maintenance with high net income parties; the unique legal issues in same-sex divorces, grandparent visitation rights, and resolving high conflict divorces.
